The entrée.DSD route accounting system includes this software module along with one or more handheld computers that each of your drivers will have with them while making deliveries. The delivery person uses the handheld computer to input sales, returns, cash receipts, expenses and inventory transactions at the customers site. At the end of the day, the collected information is transferred either directly or by modem into your main NECS server at your office. From there it can be electronically processed into your entrée software, thus avoiding time consuming and error prone manual input.
