The system information report contains key information about the entrée system and can be very useful when NECS technical support is trying to diagnose a problem. This section outlines how to generate the system configuration report.

 

1.Click the Modifications button on the About entrée dialog.

 

2.Click the Print button to invoke the Configuration Report Options dialog.

 

3.Optionally enable/disable each item that should appear on the configuration report.

 

 

4.Click the OK button. This will open the Report Setup dialog.

 

5.Optionally change the printer the report should be printed to.

 

6.Optionally select the desired report destination. By default the report will have Preview selected.

 

7.Click the OK button to generate the System Configuration report.
