The Customer Account Inquiry utility allows entrée users to quickly see a summary of a customer's account status. All of the open invoices of a customer as well as the paid invoices of the current period in the invoice grid. Statistical information such as month and year to date sales as well as a sales breakdown window is quickly accessible. Key data relating to cash receipts an payment history is also a click away. The customer account inquiry window can also be opened from within Customer File Maintenance and the entrée Invoicing system by clicking the Account Inquiry button.
