The Bid Price to Special Price transfer operation can be performed outside of the Update Future Pricing utility.

 

•Use menu path: Go to the Customer ribbon menu > Cost/Price drop down menu > select the Move Bid Price to Special Price option.

 

 

 

•This utility operates independently of the Future Pricing feature and works directly on the data in the Customer Special Price file.

•Check the box and activate the Search tool to find specific values for the Customer Limits and Item Limits fields as needed.

 

•The transfer process is controlled by setting limits on any or all of the following values:

 

▪Customer Number

▪Customer Miscellaneous Code

▪Item Number  

▪Item Class

 

This process specifically looks for a non-zero Bid Price value before performing the transfer so it will never zero out your Special Prices.
