Customers can be added using the following method:
•Click the Add button.
•Type the desired new customer number in the Cust. Number field and press the Tab key.
•When the Confirm dialog displays click Yes to add the new customer to the customer file.
•Then enter all the customer data and choose the options needed for your business.
•Click Apply to save the information.

When setting up the customer file for the first time, many food distributors have found it easier to collect key information about their customers before sitting down to enter the customers into entrée. Some have even used customers listings from their old system for this purpose.
