This field is provided to record the customer's business number with International Phone Number support.

 

•The “(xxx) xxx-xxx” standard format for phone numbers is only used when the address Country is CAN or US.

•For Customers the Country will default to the Distributor’s Country.

•If the Country is blank then CAN or US will be assumed.

•For any other Country there is no format for the phone number field to provide space for the phone country code.

•Areas like AP Payables use the format of ###/###-###.

 

Fax No.

This field is provided to record the customer's fax number.

 

•If the optional add-on module for faxing, Faxman, has been installed, entrée will use this number when faxing some reports, such as a price list, to the customer.

 

•The fax number may be optionally printed on many of the entrée reports.
