•Four Decimal Invoice

Enable this option if this customer requires unit prices on their invoice to be printed, showing  up to the hundredth of a penny ($1.2458).

 

•Most distributors will usually enable system option 29, which rounds the unit price of an item to the nearest penny.

 

•Others may choose to use system option 30, which rounds the unit price of an item to the nearest nickel.

 

•If either one of these system options have been enabled, you can use this setting to override the feature on a per customer basis. If your company elects not to use one of those the system options, all unit prices will be printed in the 4-decimal style regardless of this setting.
