You can email invoices, reports to your customers. Enter the customers email address in this field and it will be automatically inserted when mailing documents to the customer.
•Clicking the send mail button will open the workstation's default email client and insert the customer's email address in the "To:" field.
•The customer must have a primary email address defined in order to "batch" email reports.
Website
•Just copy the customer’s website URL address from your browser window and paste it into the Website field.
•When you click the globe button to the right of the website field it will open the company's website in your default internet browser.
