•Works with the Electronic Warehouse Manager add-on module.

•Works with any invoice type you have installed.

•When printing invoices the Weight Detail Sheet will automatically print to the assigned default printer when the following settings are completed.

 

Settings:

1.In the System Preferences > Printers Tab > you must assign a weight detail sheet printer. 

 

2.In the System Preferences > Documents Tab > Dynamic Layout sub-tab > you must install the weight detail sheet dynamic document template .fr3 file. 

 

3.Mark the customers that will require the printing of a weight detail sheet with their invoice. Go to the Customer File > Miscellaneous Tab > Invoice Options list > check the Print Weight Detail Sheet with Invoice option.

 

•The only time the date will print/show in the Weight Sheet is when the Pack Date from Electronic Warehouse Manager and the bar code definition is defined for the weighted item. 

•If the Production Date/Expiration Date is scanned, it will print the weights but not the dates. 

•If the weights are manually typed in and not scanned, it will print the weights but not the dates.

 

Weight Detail Sheets

•The first three items have the scanned Pack Date and the dates are shown.

•The next item has a scanned production date (dates not printed).

•The last item has the weight manually entered (dates not printed).
