The Call List Tab is used to predefine the customer's call schedule and assigned an Order Taker. This tab will has two grids. On the right the Company Call List Grid shows the company call list for each day of the week. It will not display "Inactive" customers in the grid.

 

On the left is the Customer Call List Grid used to define call list assignments.

▪Day of the Week - Select the day of the week from the drop down menu to view all the calls by Order Taker code for that day of the week.

 

 

•For the Customer Call List Grid you can now use the Collapse All or Expand All buttons to control your view all at once.

 

•Or you can use the plus and minus buttons for each route to control their view individually.
