The entrée system allows you to define the minimum and maximum weight allowed for any catchweight item on the Inventory ribbon menu Inventory File Inventory tab.

 

By supplying this information, the weight entry system is able to monitor the values entered. If values are not within the range defined by min and max weights a "Weight Range Error" message is displayed to alert the data entry operator if one of the values exceeds the maximum weight or is lower than the minimum weight.
