This section outlines the differences in the line item grid of the entrée invoicing system when creating a credit memo.

 

•The Credits and Backorder edit modes will be unavailable when creating a credit memo.

 

•The layout of the line item grid will be identical to the Credits edit mode of invoicing.  Here the Edit Modes to select from are Invoice and Standard Order.
