Warehouse Location Label Printing

In the Inventory ribbon menu Inventory Reports section go to the Labels menu.

Select the new “Warehouse Locations” option to design and print labels for the locations you have defined using the Slotting feature.

For detailed information about the Ré4 Reporting System Labels feature go to the Labels section of this system guide.

The first screen that opens is the report system General Tab. Here you will see the options available for these labels.

Exclude inactive items - This option is checked by default.

Display page count dialog before printing - Checking this box will cause the Information message box to display a label count before printing is initiated.

Return to report setup after generating report: Checking this box will return you to this General screen after printing has completed.

Click the Layout Tab to access the Label Layout and Page Settings tools to design your label.

First go to Page Settings and select your label number from the Avery drop down menu. Once you design your label in Label Layout you click the Preview button here and the label sheet that will be printed will be displayed (image below).

The Label Layout tab has tools to design your warehouse labels. Go to the Labels section of this guide for detailed information about label design tools.

Use the Configure tab to name and save label configurations you have created. You can later recall the label configurations you have saved whenever you need to print them.

The Filters tab is used to target the labels you want to print in the current run.

Here we clicked on the search button for the Warehouse Locations filter and the Location pop up box displays your options. Click and select the desired locations use a comma between locations.

To filter locations by range use a dash.

When you click the Schedule button the New Task Warehouse Location Labels dialog opens from the Task Manager. The Scheduling Utility is also located in the System ribbon menu.

For information about how to use the New Task dialog and the Scheduling Utility, which can automate repetitive and time consuming activities like report generation and label printing, see the Scheduling Utility section of this system guide.
