The item grid is where all of the items the customer has ever purchased are displayed.

 

•The item grid can be expanded to encompass the entire customer item inquiry window by clicking the Expand Grid button.

•If the item grid is in the expanded state clicking the Reduce Grid button will return the window to normal.

 

 

Item #

This column displays the item number of the product, as defined in the inventory file.

 

UOM

This column displays the item's unit of measure as defined in the inventory file.

 

Description

This column displays the items description as defined in the inventory file.

 

Last Qty

This column displays the last quantity the customer purchased.

 

Last Price

This column displays the last purchase price of the item.

 

Last Date

This column displays the date the item was last purchased by the customer.
