On the General Tab is the Exclude Options section where you can eliminate items and customers from the report run.

 

Exclude Inactive Items

Checking this option will instruct Ré4 to not print any items that are marked as Inactive in the Inventory Maintenance on the customers order form.

 

•The exclude inactive items option is enabled by default.

 

Exclude Inactive Customers

Checking this option will instruct Ré4 to not generate an order form for any customers that are marked as Inactive in the Customer Maintenance.

 

•The exclude inactive customers option is enabled by default.

 

Exclude Potential Customers

Checking this option will instruct Ré4 to not generate an order form for any customers that are marked as Potential in the Customer Maintenance.

 

•The exclude inactive customers option is enabled by default.

 

Exclude Special Order Items

Checking this option will instruct Ré4 to not generate an order form with special order items.

 

•The exclude inactive customers option is not enabled by default.
