This field is used to specify how the items on the order form should be grouped.

 

The default value will vary depending on the style that is selected.

 

The predefined item grouping options are Group Code, Class Name, or Warehouse Location.

 

User Defined grouping can be specified on the Layout tab in the Grouping Options section.

 

The style D, Y, Laser, and Worksheet order forms must use one of the predefined grouping options.

 

The style X order form is always grouped by Class Name.

 

Specifying User Defined grouping

 

1.On the Layout tab.

 

3.Drag the field you wish to group by into the Grouping Options list box.

 

4.Click the Add Group button.
