You should verify account balances match the accounting system of the software installed prior to entrée.

 

After previous balances have been entered, A/R balances may be verified using either the Accounts Receivable report.

 

 

You can generate the Invoice Register report to see the previous balance information in the customer account.

 

 

If the Invoice Register Report is used to verify previous balance entries, use the Miscellaneous Options File selection drop down menu and select the Account Receivable file option instead of the Current Invoice file (default) when generating the report.
