When reports are generated in entrée, data is collected into a temporary file. Under normal circumstances, the temp file is automatically deleted after the report has been generated. This utility will automatically remove any leftover temporary data files from the entrée data directory.

 

Successfully completing this process will require the user to be a network administrator or being logged into the network with sufficient rights to delete files from the entrée databases.

 

NECS strongly recommends all users are out of the entrée system, when this utility is run. This will ensure the data integrity is not compromised by another user, accessing one or more of the data files while the operation is being performed.
