1. | Enter the salesperson ID of the salesperson to re-assign in the ID field, of the Current Salesperson Information area. If the salesperson ID is not known, click the search button to invoke the Salesperson Search screen. |
2. | Enter the salesperson ID of the salesperson that is being assigned to in the ID field, of the New Salesperson Information area. |
3. | Select the desired assign options in the Options area. |
4. | Click the OK button. |
•When re-assigning salesperson id's, the salesperson to reassign to must already exist in the entrée system.
•Depending on the size of the data files this operation may take a very long time to complete.
NECS strongly recommends all users are out of the entrée system, when this utility is run. This will ensure the data integrity is not compromised by another user, accessing one or more of the data files while the operation is being performed.
