This field is used to specify how the customers on the AR report should be grouped.

•By default it is set to User Defined and there is no grouping of the customers on the report.

•The predefined customer grouping options are Salesperson and Customer Miscellaneous Code.

•User Defined grouping can be specified on the Layout Options tab of the Appearance Options window.

Specifying User Defined grouping

1.	On the Appearance tab, click the Options button.

2.	Click the Layout Options tab.

3.	Select the field you wish to group by in the Available Fields list box.

4.	Click the Add Column button to the right of the grouped by list box.
