•All employees that will be using the entrée system must have a User Account.

•The User account stores the user's full name, which may be printed on many reports and displayed in lists in other features of the system for processing.

•The ability to disable or suspend a security account.

•All passwords are stored in an encrypted format within the database.

•"Group Accounts" will allow you to grant privileges to many users by maintaining a single group account.
