Clicking the Configure "printer type" Printer button to open the Printer Setup dialog for the selected entrée printer. In our example since we are working on the Invoice printer the button reads "Configure Invoice Printer".

 

 

•The printer setup dialog is used to specify the printer type as well as the standard fonts and spacing that should be used when the printer is used. This section will detail each of the fields in the Printer Setup dialog.

 

 

•After making changes in the Printer Setup dialog, click the OK button to save the changes and return to the Printers tab  of System Preferences.
