The AP system only keeps history information for the last 24 periods. The recalculation utility will only recalculate 24 periods. These 24 periods are presented in a check list form to allow easy selection of those periods which need to be recalculated.

 

NECS strongly recommends all users are out of the entrée system, when this utility is run. This will ensure the data integrity is not compromised by another user, accessing one or more of the data files while the operation is being performed
