Imports General Overview

Companies running entrée software must contact the company that they are exporting data to for information about file names being sent and how they will be sent.

 

Import modifications typically have the following steps.

 

entrée V4 SQL Imports modification data folders will be stored in your necs_shared\01 folder.

 

•Or stored in the necs_shared\01\Import folder.

 

•Sometimes you can designate the location for the file.

 

Import modifications typically have the following steps.

 

▪Configure the import settings, FTP information, IDs, etc....

▪Configure file directories, file extensions, and expected location of files once imported.

▪Test the import process and validate the data.

▪Review the orders imported.
