Trackmax Export with FOB and Delivered Cost.

 

•Modifies the Trackmax export to send zero costs for invoice sales which will leave it up to Trackmax to determine a cost from recent receiving information.

•This was done to address issues with the data related to the use of "Special Real Cost".

•For items that have been marked as "Do not export cost for this item" in Inventory File Maintenance will be exported with a Trackmax FOB and DEL cost of 0.0001.

•Revised to always send the "Market Cost" for FOB and DEL costs for piece items.

Where "01" is the entrée company number.

 

entrée Settings

•Inventory: Mark items you do not want to export.

1.Go to the Inventory ribbon menu and click the Inventory option.

2.Find the item you would like to mark and go to the Misc 2 Tab.

3.Check Do not export cost for this item.

4.Click Apply to save your change.

 

Updates

V4.0.5 - Updated so that “Market Cost” value is sent as the “FOB” and “Delivered” costs for “piece” items. All other cost related modifications have been retained.

 

V3.6.25 - Updated to include the per-unit Market Cost in field 30 for J records.
