Adds a Security password option in the Miscellaneous section that allows for editing of invoices already processed by BFC Dakota. 

 

Adds Miscellaneous option #139 Allow editing of BFC documents after they have been processed by BFC.

 

Requires: Mod #1217 BFC Dakota Core Interface.

 

Under normal operation once an invoice has been submitted to BFC for picking no further edits are allowed.

 

This option will allow select user accounts the ability to bypass this restriction and make edits to the document.

 

This is primarily for price adjustments, but there are no provisions included that will prevent the updating of quantity and weights that have already been picked.

 

Access: System ribbon > Security Management > select a User Account > Edit > Settings > Miscellaneous password options. > #139 Allow editing of BFC documents after they have been processed by BFC.
