•Adds an effective date control to the CrunchTime catalog export. Catalog pricing will be calculated based on the effective date specified.

•Prevents the editing of invoices that have been exported to CrunchTime.

•Sends item weight for all priced by weight items.

•Removes the requirement that invoices not have a PO number of "Verbal" to qualify for export.
