Mod #517-R Boar's Head Data Export

Boar's Head Data Export Utility  

 

This utility will create a tab-delimited file based on sales information and export it to Boar's Head.

 

•The Address 5 field in Customer File Maintenance will flag Boar's Head customers.

•Only customers that are Boar's head customers will have this data in this field.

•Only non-canceled printed invoices will be exported.

 

The following fields will be included on this report:

▪Distributor #        

Boar's Head Data Export Configuration Utility.

▪Chain Name

Customer File Maintenance Address 5 field.

▪Store #

Customer File Maintenance Territory field.

▪Department

Customer File Maintenance Type Code field.

▪Date        

Invoice Date.

▪BH Item Flag        

Inventory File Maintenance Item Matrix field.  Fill it with BH in order to set the flag.

▪Item        

Item Number from the invoices. If the BH Item Flag is set, the first character will be stripped off the Item Number.

▪Unit of Measure

Unit of Measure for a line item.

▪Catch Weight Flag

This flag will be set whenever an item's billing unit is by weight.

▪Qty        

Billing Units for a line item

▪Sales Price

Unit Price for line item.  This has the allowance deducted from it.

▪Allowance        

Discount allowance that is set up in Customer File Maintenance’s Special Price tab's grid. The field is marked Accrual Rate.

▪Store Retail Price

Retail Price that is set up in Customer File Maintenance's Special Price tab. This can be found under the Edit Miscellaneous Button.
