The contact information area is where you can view/edit the name of the contact.

 

 

The Title, Suffix and Position fields allow you to select a value from the drop down list box or type a new value into the field.

 

 

 

•If a value typed into one of the drop down list boxes does not already exist in the database, you will be prompted to add it.
