This utility is usually only run if files are somehow damaged, and the NECS Tech Support Department directs you to recalculate customer balances.

 

This utility will recalculate a customer's accounts receivable balance. It reads through receivables and makes sure all the balances match the total balance that's stored in the customer file. The utility will go through all the customers at once and update all of them.
