| 1. | Before opening the create or change invoice window go to the System Preferences > System Options Tab and make sure system option # 34 is checked. |
| 2. | Open the create or change invoice window. |
| 3. | Add items to the item grid using the Invoice Edit Mode. |
| 4. | Click the OK button. |
•entrée will automatically add all of the items that are not already in the customer's special price/standard order file at this time.
