The Quick Price Change utility allows distributors to update costs and price levels for an item in a quick and effective fashion. This is important because if 1,000 customers purchase a certain item, and the cost just went up by a nickel, every customer's selling price can be raised immediately. entrée also gives the user the flexibility to raise the price levels for some customers but not others.

 

Non-printed invoices can optionally be updated to reflect a cost change. However, this option cannot update selling prices, because the sell price is locked once the invoice is created.
