entrée requires lot information to be entered for each items received, that is tracked by lot.

 

•To enter lot information, select the lot item in the line item grid and click the Edit Lot Information button to open the Lot Information dialog.

 

 

 

This section will discuss each of the fields in the Lot Information dialog.

 

•Lot Number

•Location

•Reference

•Anniversary Days

•Anniversary Amount

•Expiration Date

•DHEC Harvest Date

•DHEC Permit Number

•DHEC Bed ID

•DHEC Shellfish ID

 

•The item description along with the item number is displayed at the top of the lot information window. This is displayed so the data entry personnel can verify they have the correct item.

 

•When system option 10 is checked entrée will provide a suggested lot number automatically.

 

•Check system option 45 to enter the Anniversary Days and Amount in the Lot Information dialog.

 

 

•Check System option 28 to enter and track the DHEC Shellfish Information for an item in the Lot Information dialog.
