NO other users can be in the entrée system while the files are being reindexed.

 

•The reindex operation requires exclusive access to all of the entrée data files so no other operations may be performed while the system is reindexing.

 

•If another window or dialog is open while the reindex utility is trying to access files the entrée Process Unavailable message box will display "Reindexing cannot be performed while other windows are open. Please close all other windows and try again."  

 

Click the OK button to return to the main window of the entrée application, close all windows and try to run the reindex again.
