Occasionally you may find the need to remove a credit from a customers account. Typically this is done to have entrée track a credit memo, but prevent the customer from actually using the credit.

 

 

Changes in V3.6.39 The reassignment process has been updated with the following:

•Allow processing of Credit Memos which have been moved to History.

•If applications have already been made from the selected Credit Memo the reassignment process will be blocked.
