Due to the fact that system preferences are accessed by many areas of the entrée system, no other operations may be performed while working in the system preferences utility.

 

•If another window or dialog is open, when trying to access the system preferences utility, the entrée system Process Unavailable message box will display "System Preferences cannot be changed while other windows are open. Please close all other windows and try again."

 

• Click the OK button to return to the main window of the entrée application, close all windows and try again.
