If this option is enabled users will be prompted to receive the purchase order immediately after it has been created or changed.

 

•After the user selects whether or not the purchase order should be printed a Question message box will be shown and ask "Would you like to receive this P.O.?".  Clicking the Yes button will attempt to open the PO in the Receive by Purchase Order utility.

 

•Should the Receive by Purchase Order utility already be in use by the user the following dialog will be displayed. Under these circumstances the PO will have to be received manually at a later time.
