Normally the process for converting entrée.DSR orders is not allowed to automatically update Customer Special Prices because the orders are received out of sequence with any orders processed in-house or any manual changes to a customer's Special Price information. For some distributors the potential overlap between price changes from incoming entrée.DSR orders and changes entered directly into the entrée system is less of a problem than not allowing the entrée.DSR orders to update the Special Price information.
