You'll notice that various areas of the entrée system will have words with an underlined letter. These underlined letters represent the hot key for that function.

 

1.Press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard.
2.While still holding the Alt key down press the underlined letter.

 

Windows 2000 and Windows XP users

If you do not see any underlined letters you have the Windows "Hide keyboard navigation indicators until I use the Alt key" Display option turned on. Press the Alt key once to show the "hot keys" that are available.
