There are 2 History tabs and each history tab is divided into four sections and a toolbar.

 

AR History Tab

•The top left is Fiscal Year periods selection options. Select the Fiscal Year data you would like to review.

•Below the Fiscal Year area is a history grid showing the breakdown of purchases by month for the chosen period.

•Below the history grid is the YTD total for the history grid.

•On the right is a graphical representation of the same data in the history grid.

 

 

AP History Tab

•The top left is the Period selection options. Select from the Most Recent 12 Periods or Previous 12 Periods for the data you would like to review.

•Below the Period area is a history grid showing the purchases by Period / End Date for the chosen period.

•On the bottom is YTD information about the purchasing from this vendor.

•On the right is a graphical representation of the same data in the history grid.

 

History Tab Toolbar

•The toolbar in the history tabs has every tool you need to capture and use the vendor file's historical data.

•You have options for various graph and chart styles, editing options, image capture and save options.
