Added the "Cust Price" to the Special Price Grid in both Customer File Maintenance and Inventory File Maintenance, which tells the user what the price would be for that customer. This field will be blank until the "Show Cust Price" button is clicked. In Inventory File Maintenance, this button only has the image of a coin on it.
