Changes the operation of System Option #64 - "Show frozen items on a separate Loading Sheet" so that both Frozen and Cooler items appear on the second Loading Sheet.

 

 This feature has been implemented in parallel to Modification #662 and then adjusted to compensate for the use of the "Cooler" zone designation in place of "Refrigerated".
