Adjust the column layout of the Type 2 Invoice

 

•Remove the line number and item number columns and replace with Pack Size.  

•Remove the unit of measure column and replace with the first 5 characters of Brand Name.

•Remove the ordered date information from the invoice header.

•Finally print any PO Number that is not "Verbal" in the header above the ship to address.
