Customize the layout of the Type BV Invoice.

 

Updated version 3.6.9 5/3/12:

Adjusted the customizations to the Type BV invoice to update the "hours of operation" information and to change the printing of the customer contact information so that it is printed after the customer’s address instead of before it.
