Allows item descriptions to be edited in Create / Change Invoice even when System Option # 39 - "Edit Description in Invoicing" is turned off.

 

When you right-click on an item in the edit grid a menu will display. The "Edit description" option for items will remain available even when System Option #39 is turned off (unchecked).
