During data entry in Create Invoice the value of the Weight Shipped field will be defaulted to the value entered in the Qty. Ordered field specifically for items with a Units of Measure of "LB.".

 

Because Weight Shipped is being set in this manner the program will not prompt for entry of the actual Weight Shipped.

 

If it becomes necessary to edit the Weight Shipped value you must either change the Qty. Ordered value or else make the necessary changes through the Change Invoice procedure.
