Updated Create/Change Invoice to allow the user to make the current invoice a "Retail Invoice".

 

When saving the invoice this mode will display a dialog to allow the user to Enter the cash amount received or a credit card confirmation code.

 

Once the payment has been received and posted, the Print Invoice dialog will be displayed.

 

UPDATED 03/2016: Added new column to Invoice Register Report, "Invoice " Total Retail (C&C)" which displays the invoice total if the invoice is a "Retail invoice."
