Alter the layout of the Type 4S Invoice to print the Sub-total, Tax, Total and Payment Terms information in the body of the invoice on the last page.

 

V3.6.28 Places Sub-total, Tax, Total and Accounts Receivable information into different period groupings on the last page of the "Type 4S" invoice. The formatting of the "Extended Amount" column has been changed to show thousands separators. The layout of the "Type 4S" invoice has been adjusted to move the data up the page by one line.

 

V3.6.26 Provide the "Print AR aging on invoice" option on the "Misc 1" tab of Customer File Maintenance which allows the printing of the AR aging summary on the "Type 4S" invoice to be controlled on a "per customer" basis. The default for this option is "Yes" (print the aging summary).
