Modify the layout of the Type FL Invoice so that the line of header information is lowered (2) lines. The Weight column should extend to (2) decimal places and the Unit Price column should extend to (4) decimal places.

Change the layout of the "Type FL" invoice by removing the "Route" field that prints below the company logo, adding a "Page: " prefix to the displayed page number and raising the vertical position of the header line and body of the invoice by two lines.
