Change the layout of the invoice design used by System Option #158 - "Use special invoice design when generating PDF".

 

The Unit Price value will be formatted to four decimal places to match the formatting of the regular, printed invoices.

Normally entrée will use the defined invoice type when generating an invoice as a PDF document, such as when preparing to transmit the document via email. However, since many invoice designs were written to be produced on a pre-printed form, the PDF file produced by such a document may seem a little cryptic because all of the labels and other references provided by the form are missing. This feature overcomes the problem by detecting when the invoice is to be produced as a PDF file and forces a switch to a generic document design based on the Type MB Invoice (which includes support for printing a company logo).
